The 25-pair-cable connection module is the optimal device to connect Ø0.32mm-Ø0.63mm core wires without peeling off outer insulation layers and without having additional casings to the ends the ends of wires as well. When core wires are arranged and lining up in modules with the help of a pressing-connecting tool, 25 pairs of core wires will be connected once at all.
Operating efficiency is greatly promoted. Labor intensity reduces. Furthermore, connections are reliable and stable. The product has achieved its application in various units of posts and telecommunications and construction departments.

Owing to use connection frames and pressing-connecting tools it is seldom to be mistaken in connection. Through test jacks each wire of every single channel can be tested and inspected.

Working Principle:

The 25-pair-cable connection module consists of a piece of PC plastic "basic body" and two poieces of "glands". On the body clamp strips of U type and a blade for cutting wires are mounted. On one side of the body there are test jacks.

According to the standard of IEC the colors of wires are: white, red, black, yellow, purple, blue, orange, green, brown and grey. 25 pairs of wires are normally arranged and lined in a slot, a gland is put on, a HJMGA module pressing-connecting tool is hydraulically operated. In operation outer insulation layers of wires wear out, the core wires are inlaid between the clamp strip of U type and residual ends of wires are cut off by the blade. Connection of wires with a module is completed.
